In December, he showed me a Starling Bank statement displaying £2.5 million, earned from a sugar brokering deal. He was supposed to earn this amount monthly, but the deal failed in February 2023.
He intended to purchase my house and office building, so I vacated the properties prematurely, believing he would move in. He wanted my family and me out of the house before Christmas 2022. My house has been empty for 16 months now. This week (May 2024), I decided to stop tolerating his deceit.
He claimed to have ties with a prominent family office in Dubai. After speaking with them, they were shocked by these revelations and have ceased any association with Richard. Revealing their names is unnecessary at this point.
When I confronted him about his inconsistencies, he sent me a document showing $4.3 million in his Starling Bank account. However, I obtained the original document, which showed only $1—it was clearly fabricated. He admitted this to me, and I have a recording of his confession. Despite multiple attempts (four or five) to send me the money he owes for consulting purposes, each attempt has failed due to various excuses. I have numerous examples of his dishonest and fraudulent actions.
He claims to have a banking relationship with Coutts, with Jamie Regan as his account manager. However, every single payment transfer has failed with a new excuse each time. He has yet to provide any proof of funds.
His partner in the Batting Lab and X20 plan is John Conroy, a known and convicted fraudster (https://www.theguardian.com/uk/2012/jul/08/carousel-tax-fraud-mobile-phones). Conroy is being proposed as a director for the new Dubai/X20 structure.
Another partner in this venture is Steffan Jones, who is likely unaware of this information and probably innocent of any wrongdoing (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Steffan_Jones).
